Top 7- Cute Pokemon

Introduction

Sayings like “beauty is in the eye of the beholder” are commonplace. It is hard to argue with the cuteness factor when it comes to Pokémon, though.

Recent studies have focused on the worst Pokemon, the cruelest gym leaders, and some of the craziest fan theories out there.

Selecting a cute pokemon is easy but choosing the cutest, squeal-inducing Pokémon of all time was difficult.

We searched through the Pokédex to identify some of the cutest, cuddliest, and fluffy Pokémon.

Many Pokémon from the original series and a few favorites from subsequent games were also included in the collection.

Despite our best efforts, we were only able to incorporate seven of our most beloved characters. The compilation of this list was a lot of fun, so let’s get started!

Emolga-cute-pokemon

Emolga

“Emolga the Irresistible!” was the first episode of the anime series in which fans were introduced to the Pokémon when Iris captured a female Emolga.

When it comes to appearance, Emolga is suggestive of a flying squirrel and another rodent-type species, which makes him a super cute and Popular Pokémon character. Emolga is one of those Pokémon that, with its wide black eyes and bright yellow dots on its cheeks, makes it difficult to keep a smile on your face all the time.

Trainers were originally able to recruit Emolga into their ranks while playing 5th generation games such as Pokémon Black and White and Pokémon Black and White 2.

Classified as a Sky Squirrel Pokémon, Emolga prefers to live in treetops and absorbs electrical energy in their large cheeks, which they store in their large cheeks.

When they glide or attack, they have the ability to unleash a powerful burst of electricity against their adversary.

Snorlax-cute-pokemonSnorlax

For most people, Snorlax has the life they have always wished for.

Sleep, snoring, and eating are the only activities the massive Pokemon engages in throughout the course of the day (with the exception of some lax exercise days).

Snorlax is a Pokémon that looks a lot like Hayao Miyazaki’s beloved Totoro character, with its round tummy and pointy ears.

Snorlax was a common enemy in the first generation games, and many gamers can recall encounters with the wild Snorlax.

During the episode “Snack Attack!” Ash ultimately managed to capture Snorlax on the fictional Grapefruit Islands of the animated series.

When it sleeps, The Pokemon cuteness is overloaded and looks like giant sleeping beauty.

Squirtle-cutest-pokemon

Squirtle

Pokémon Squirtle is a cute little tortoise-like Pokémon from the first generation of video games.

This Water-type Pokémon is quite adorable with its light blue skin, rounded shell, and oval-shaped eyes. During the first episode of the anime, “Pokémon – I Choose You!” Squirtle made an appearance.

In spite of Ash’s preference for Squirtle, his adversary Gary Oak had claimed it.

He did get Squirtle in the end, though. I am confused as to why this Pokémon is so appealing to me.

Squirtle is the Pokemon of choice for most gamers. Even I did that too.

Mew-so-cute-pokemonMew

Mew, who initially appeared in the original Pokémon games, is a very rare species.

No further varieties of Mew have been observed to emerge from the species.

It is a Psychic-type Mythical Pokémon, despite its resemblance to Skitty and the pink hue of Clefairy and Jigglypuff.

Mew, a Pokémon with a little pointed ear, huge feet, and a long, whirling tail, is one of our favorite cute pokemon. Pink fur and tiny, stubby arms on Mew make it a Pokémon that even non-fans will find endearing.

This is more than simply a cuddly toy. There are claims that Mew’s fur contains DNA from every Pokémon, allowing it to use every attack.

Togepi-cuddliest-pokemon

Togepi

It first appeared in Pokémon Gold, Silver, and Crystal, the games of the 2nd generation.

Togepi is a little cute Pokemon that looks like an egg. It keeps its shell shape with a minuscule round body and small oval eyes.

A small red and blue spot on the eggshell makes it even more adorable. Even though Togepi has short, stubby arms and flat feet, its face is covered in sharp spikes.

Even if the Pokemon is adorable, do not plan to fry it any time soon. Togepi’s sharp spikes are capable of releasing the poison, and when they do, they are serious.

Misty was the first person the Togepi looked upon, and hence the Togepi imprinted on her.

Eevee-cutest-pokemonEevee

Eevee’s multiple evolved states are equally adorable, and if we included them all, this list would almost certainly be 80 percent Eeveelutions!

To make things simple, we’ve placed Eevee and all future evolutions second on our list.

This pokemon has brown bushy fur and a huge poofy tail, as well as wide, oval eyes and wonderfully long, rabbit-like ears. While Eevee is a Normal-type Pokémon, it has the ability to evolve into 8 other forms.

This Pokémon, as well as all of its evolutions, are quite adorable.

Pikachu-the-cutest-pokemonPikachu

When it comes to adorable Pokémon, it’s quite reasonable to say that Pikachu is the undisputed champion. It is the true MVP when it comes to the whole adorable thing. It first appeared in the Generation I Pokémon games, Red, Blue, and Yellow, as well as the animated series.

Pikachu is the embodiment of cuteness in the Pokémon universe, with its puffy cheeks, pointed ears, and lightning bolt-style tail. In the anime series, Ash captured Pikachu in the first episode of “Pokémon – I Choose You!” and Pokémon hasn’t lost any of its popularity since.

When it shouted “Pika Pika” in its endearing voice, it almost won everyone’s hearts.

When people think of Pokémon, they immediately think of Pikachu, the world’s most adorable pocket monster, and the top one cutest Pokemon.

Conclusion

For the sake of discussion on adorable Pokémon, we need to realize that it is all about perspective.

For as long as we can remember in the anime, even the most hideous-looking Pokémon are endearing to their trainers.

It all depends on one’s point of view. However, several Pokémon might be included in the list of cute Pokémon because of their popularity and the events surrounding them.

These seven are the ones I think should make the cut!

And you, what are yours?
